Planning permission for the demolition of an existing single storey extension to the rear, the construction of a 2 storey extension to the rear, conversion of the garage to habitable accomodation, a new pitched roof replacing the flat roof to the existing side extension, the construction of a bay window to the front elevation at ground floor level, the widening of the vehicular entrance and associated landscaping and site development works.

Dismantling existing vehicle entrance gate at right hand elevation and central pedestrian gate and re-installing vehicle entrance gate to off centre of front wall elevation.
