Demolition of existing single storey shed to side boundary and the construction of a new single storey extension to the side and the rear of the property, conversion of the attic to storage including changing the existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a dormer window to the rear, a velux tooflight to the front and a window to the new gable wall, all at roof level.
