Demolition of existing single storey extensions to the southeast gable-end and to the rear of the existing dwelling, and the construction of a new 2 storey/-part-single storey extension to the southeast gable-end and a new single storey extension to the rear in lieu of same. The proposed development will also comprise the construction of a new single storey car port extension to the front elevation, alterations to existing window openings to the front, side and rear elevations and velux rooflights to the front and rear elevations, together with the conversion of an existing single storey out-building to the rear into a home gym & store. in addition, it is proposed that one of the two existing vehicular site entrances to the front boundary will be blocked up, and the remaining existing vehicular entrance (south-west) will be modified to incorporate a seperate pedestrian entrance gate, together with the raising of the existing wall to the front boundary of the property, and all associated ancillary site works, including connections into existing services.

The project involved reconfiguring the floor plan, converting a garage into a living area, removing the double garage doors, and adding new windows. It also included changing the sizes of existing windows, replacing a front window with doors, and raising the external walls to create a parapet wall with rendered external insulation. A new warm deck roof was installed, and the elevated section of the roof was relocated and extended both in width and length, incorporating new clerestory windows along with all necessary ancillary works to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of: (1) Alterations and extension to the existing front facing single storey front lean-to. (2) The removal of the existing garage. (3) The removal of the existing chimneys. (4) The provision of a new side extension. (5) Alterations and extension to the existing single storey rear return extension including the provision a new roof light. (6) Revisions to the fenestration to the front, side and rear elevations. (7) The widening of the existing vehicular access.

(A) Retention permission for an existing increased entrance area circa 4sq.m. at ground floor level. (B) Full planning permission for the construction of a new first floor front/ gable-end extension over existing single storey structures on site measuring circa 31 sq.m. which will include alterations to existing windows and internal layout including all associated site works.
