Retention permission for changes made during construction at no. 89 Landscape Park, Churchtown, Dublin 14, D14 VF82. The development will consist of: Alterations to previously granted permission D23A/0362, Consisting of a 10.3 sqm additional ground floor extension to the rear, the omission of two roof lights, alterations to the internal layout, and all associated site works.

1) Construction of a new two storey extension with pitched roof to the front & side and a single storey extension with pitched roof & rooflights to the rear. 2) Alterations to internal layout, main roof and elevations. 3) New bay window to the front with pitched roof and pitched canopy over the main entrance. 4) increase in width of the existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m and alteration to existing front garden to create an additional car parking space. 5) Demolition of existing single storey side extension and all associated landscaping and ancillary works.

Permission is sought for retention of elevational amendments to include; changes in material to the first floor of the front facade & rear extension parapet; an additional window to the first-floor rear facade and amendments to windows to the existing side & rear facades as granted under Planning Ref D19B/0331 and amended under D19A/0800.

Permission for amendments to previously approved application D19B/0331 to include: a) modifications to front, rear and side facades b) 1no. rooflight to the single storey rear extension c) driveway entrance to be widened and entrance pier to be relocated d) revised drainage layout and e) associated landscaping and site works.
