Permission for a residential development consisting of 14 no. 2 bedroom dwellings. The proposed development is comprised of (i) 2 no. 2 storey 2 bed semi-detached houses to be accessed off the existing Johnstown Court, off the existing Johnstown Road and (ii) 12 no. 2 bed apartments in 1 no. four storey block to be access off the existing Yellow Nook Avenue, off the Johnstown Road, and which will form part of the Carraig Bui residential development.
