Alterations/extensions to the existing single storey end terrace house, comprising demolition of the existing single storey rear return and storage, and construction of a new single storey rear extension, modifications to the existing fenestration, including new window, relocation of front door, reconfiguration of the existing internal layout and associated site development including widening of existing vehicular access.

Planning Permission is sought for subdivision of the site at 24 Grange Terrace, Deansgrange, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 F6R6 and construction of a new single storey detached house within the curtilage of the site, with associated site development including new rear garden boundary walls and services. Alterations to the existing house to facilitate construction of the new house as previously approved (Reg. Ref. D23A/0670).

The development will consist of widening the existing pedestrian gate / wall to the front to provide a new vehicular access and 1 no. off-street car parking space within the front garden with associated landscaping and site works.

Subdivision of the site to the rear of 24 and 24A Grange Terrace and change of use of the existing single storey mews studio on the rear laneway to residential use as a detached mews house, including new flat roofed living/dining room extension, modifications to fenestration, new flat roof, plus associated internal alterations and site development.

The development will consist of: alterations/extension to the existing single storey mid-terrace house comprising 1. the demolition of the existing single storey extension/structure to the rear of the existing dwelling (28sqm), 2. construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling (74sqm in total, including building upon the demolished area) and 3. all associated site, drainage and ancillary works.

A vehicular entrance opening in the front boundary wall of the property accessed off Deansgrange Road, an off street car parking space to the front of the property and all associated site works.
