RETENTION permission for ‘commercial sauna’ use; installation of (i) 2 no. mobile sauna units; (ii) wooden structure containing reception and changing rooms; (ii) 2 no. external cold showers and (iii) provision of ancillary facilities including raised concrete area with steps, access to beach, wooden decked surface and 1m high timber & rope handrail; and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
