The proposed house type has been reconfigured to the eastern and northern side of the site, which increases the energy efficiency of the dwelling and the overall gross internal area from 157.9m2 to 186m2, including all elevational changes, associated and ancillary site and development works.

Permission is sought for the proposed alterations

Permission is sought for a single storey extension (proposed floor area 69.1 sqm) with flat and mono pitched roof to the side and rear of the existing single storey house (existing floor area 109 sqm).
