Planning permission for the conversion of the attic space with a dormer type flat roof to the rear, a Velux type window to the hip roof to the side and all associated site works to existing dwelling house.

Retention permission, the development to be retained consists of the construction of a fence ranging in height from 2080mm to 2300mm above the adjacent ground level, atop the existing northern boundary-wall in the rear garden.

Planning permission to overclad existing brick facade to front, rough cast pebble dash rendered gable's and rear facade with an acrylic render finish, along with modifications to front ground floor bay window to provide new spine wall with flat roof over to replace exising lean-to roof forming porch.
