The works will include the demolition of a single storey garage to the side and an extension to the rear. The construction of a new two-storey extension to the rear and side and a single flat roof garage to the side. The conversion of the attic space to a bedroom with a dormer window to the rear and the widening of the vehicular entrance gates. Internal alterations to the existing house include new mechanical and electrical services. No car parking spaces or significant trees will be affected.
