Permission for a domestic extension and alterations to existing semi-detached dwelling comprised of: new single storey extension to the side and rear; elevation changes; new canopy at front door; external insulation to external walls; modifications to existing house; widening of existing entrance gateway; covering of part of existing side passage; and all ancillary works.

The development will consist of the construction of a new-single story extension to the front of the existing house. The development will comprise of the construction of a single-storey shower room and porch at ground level together with ancillary works including connections to existing services.
