RETENTION PERMISSION SOUGHT FOR: 1) The existing front porch which was constructed over an existing concrete ramp area. 2) Retention being granted for the porch, Permission to replace the tiled sloped roof with a flat warm deck roof with a zinc sheeting finish. 3) Retention for the front of house plaster over the original brick finish.
