Retention planning permission for, boundary

Demolish the existing single-storey garage and part utility to the side of the existing house. Construct a new two-storey extension to the side and front of the existing house. Extend the existing tiled roof over the new two-storey extension. Erect a canopy over the front door, widen the existing vehicle entrance, install external storage units in the front garden and carry out all associated alterations and site works.

Permission for the following works: i) Proposed single story extension to rear of existing property ii) Aesthetic detailing to rear of property, internal modifications and associated site works.

Permission is sought for the construction of a single storey kitchen extension to the side of the existing rear two storey return and rear of the main house with rear facing door/windows. The replacement of the existing flat roof to the two-storey return at the rear with a new raised pitched roof. the rear and side walls of the two-storey return are to be risen so that the eaves of the two -storey return and the main house are the same level. This new construction will have a rear facing gable and window, roof windows in the north-eastern side of the new pitch roof. Also, new roof windows to the rear, south-western side of the main roof and internal modifications to create a non-habitable attic conversion in the existing and new roof space of this two-storey semi-detached house.
