Permission sought for the demolition of existing porch, ground floor bedroom ensuite & store, chimney at roof level to the side of the house. New extension to the front & side facade comprising of enlarged ground floor bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom & new porch. New single storey extension to rear elevation comprising of enlarged kitchen & pantry on the ground floor. Relocated gateway 3.5m wide on front boundary with original gateway to be blocked up.
