Three new velux roof windows to the side roof area.

Widening of the vehicular entrance to 3.5 metres and assocaited site works.

Construction of a rear ground floor extension and a side extension at first-floor level, skylight over the side flat roof, roof-light windows on the existing south-west facing pitched roof, minor alteration to the to the existing front fenestration and the existing side fenestration at first-floor level, internal alteration at ground floor and first floor level to allow proposed internal layout and all ancillary site works.

The construction of a part one-storey and part two-storey rear extension with skylight, a first-floor side extentsion above the existing garage conversion, minor alterations to the existing fron and side fenestration at first-floor level, the construction of a ground-floor front extension incorporating a bay window and open proch, garden roon at the back of the house, internal alterations at both ground and first floor levels to accomodate the proposed internal layout and all ancilliary site works.

Permission for development at this site. The development will consist of: Attic conversion with part raised gable. Dormer window to the rear. Velux window to the side garage conversion with a raised roof and 4 roof windows. Relocating stairs to the rear with extended balcony. Remove chimney. Velux to the front.
