Retain and complete the following alleged unauthorised development as constructed, comprising elements of a domestic extension (D21A/0557 ABP-312036-21) See also ENF 05623. Elements to be retained and completed as constructed are a) the hipped roof, b) velux roof lights, c) ground floor window on north western elevation and all associated sited works.

Permission is sought for (a) demolition of existing extension to rear of my house, (b) construction of a new storey-and-a-half extension to rear and sides of house including related internal alterations to existing house, (c) construction of new wall along roadside boundaries, including new pedestrian gate, (d) widening of existing vehicular entrance to site, and all associated site works.

Retention permission for a single storey extension

Retention for Sunroom Extension to existing Lounge to side to replace demolished conservatory and widening of vehicular access to front boundary.

Permission for the demolition of

Permission is sought for the demolition of side garage (approx. 14sqm), removal of 2 no. chimneys, the construction of ground floor single storey flat roof extension to front and side (totalling approx. 35sqm) and the construction of rear facing bay window (approx. 1sqm). The development will also include externally insulating the retained house (render and brick slip finish), alterations to internal layouts, additional window opes and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights, widening of existing gateposts and all associated site works.
