Two storey with attic dormer, 4 bedroom detached dwelling incorporating alteration to existing driveway entrance to widen and provide seperate entrances to existing and proposed dwelling. The works include exempted development of part demolition of existing single storey extension to side of existing and minor alterations to the existing and all associated works.
