The proposed development will consist of the demolition of a ground floor side extension and store room to the existing dwelling of 37sqm and the construction of a detached 2-storey, 2 bedroom house with attic room of 97.5sqm within the side corner garden along with off street parking for 1 vehicle and all associated site works.

Permission for development. The proposed development shall consist of demolition of existing single storey extension and boiler house structures to rear; Conversion of garage to side and construction of single storey extension to rear. Works will also include external insulation to front, side (first floor only) and rear, rooflight to rea and all associated internal alterations, site, drainage and landscaping works.
