Planning precedent report

The development consists of conversion of the existing attic into a 23.3sqm bedroom suite with rear dormer extension, & 4 no rooflights to the front & side roof pitches inclusive as well as the widening of the existing driveway entrance to 3.5m. Works are to be concurrent with proposed exempted development works, including rear ground floor extension (9.6sqm) and installation of external wall installation, replacement fenestration and all associated site works.

Permission for revisions to previously approved dwelling (Reg Ref no. D09A/0275)

Demolition of single storey ground floor porch structure to front (approx 2.0sqm), the construction of a single storey ground floor extension to front in its place (approx. 5.5sqm) and the construction of a single storey ground floor extension to the rear (approx 56sqm). The development will also include externally insulating the retained house (render finish), alterations to internal layouts, additional window opes and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for a dormer window and rooflight to the rear of the pitche

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable, new access stairs, roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.
