Planning permission for the construction of a two storey rear and side extension, existing front façade amendments, a new garden building, the widening of the existing driveway entrance including the addition of piers & new gates along with the associated site works.

B) the construction of a new flat roofed single storey extension to side and rear. C) the installation of a zinc/aluminium cladded pitched roof to form entrance canopy to front (and part side). D) the installation of 4 no. solar panels on the existing rear roof pitch. E) the construction of a front gate pier to the left of existing site entrance and the formation of new single storey baywindow to front and new ground floor window to side. All the above proposed works to the existing 2 storey house is intended for the private residential use of the home. The application also includes the retention of the existing eastern boundary wall(height 2.6m) to part of the side of the site.
