Retention is sought for an existing 2 storey extension to the rear of the dwelling comprising of total floor area of 67sqm.

Demolition of existing single-storey garage to side. Demolition of existing block wall to side. Construction of new single-storey extension to rear and side with 1no. roof light. Amendments to glazing openings to rear elevation (east) to first floor and front elevation (west) to first floor and creation of new window ope to rear elevation (east) first floor. Proposed tile surround to front entry porch. Alterations to existing front boundary wall including relocation and widening of the existing vehicular access and provision of gates. Permission for development. Development will consist of proposed modifications to an existing balustrade at the first floor terrace.
