Minor alterations to previously approved D23A/0623 to include i) A reconstituted stone finish to the front elevation of the proposed extension. ii) Movement of existing recessed front door flush to front of house, extending the hallway slightly. iii) Removal of existing hedge along the northern site boundary at the front of the house and replacing it with a 2m high fence.

I) Proposed single storey pitched roof extension to the side of the property ii) Associated site works to include demolition of existing sheds to the side, proposed new side ramp with raised rear patio to provide level access and widening the vehicular side entrance.

Permission is for new vehicular entrance and driveway for provision of car parking to front of dwelling with associated site works.

The development will consist of the removal of the timber post and rail fence and the erection of a new two-storey pitched roof dwelling with balcony, a new garden wall/fence, the lowering of the existing block wall facing Newtown Park and all associated site works.
