Permission for demolition of existing single storey extension to rear/side of existing dwelling and single storey shed to rear, construction of new single & two storey extension to rear consisting of kitchen, living, dining room at ground floor level, with new bedroom wc & ensuite at first floor level, the construction of new roof over existing first floor extension and new window to front.

The removal of the existing single storey front extension and the construction of a new replacement single storey front extension with alterations to the front door and windows.
