Planning precedent report

Conversion of attic to non habitable accomodation and a bathroom including changing the hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a dormer window to the rear, a window to the new side gable wall and a velux rooflight to the front, all at roof level.

The development will consist of the construction of a dormer window in the main roof to the rear of the house, and two rooflights in the main roof to the front of the house as well as changing the existing main roof hip to a gable with (with window) along with all associated site works.

Permission for the construction of a single-storey extension to the rear

A) removal of existing chimney to rear, and b) the construction of a single-storey flat roof extension with rooflights to existing internal courtyard, c) enclosure of existing covered entrance to form new entrance porch, d) new rooflight to main dwelling, and all associated site works.

Planning permission for construction of a dormer window to the front elevation of the existing dwelling at the first floor/attic level, together with all associated site works.
