The proposed revisions include (A) changing the roof of the extension from a pyramid style to a gabled pitched roof with solar panels and rooflights on the south west side, (B) Providing a dining bay extension of 4.7square metres with a flat roof on the south west elevation, (C) Provision of external wall insulation to the proposed extension, to the rear of the existing house and part of south west elevation of the existing house and (D) minor changes to the fenestration and internal layout of the existing house and proposed extension.
