Retention Planning Permission for two storey extension to rear of existing house and widened vehicle access to front.

Construction of a new single storey extension to front and side of existing dwelling, replacement of flat roof over porch with a new pitched roof incorporated into new extension, internal alterations and all ancillary works.

1) Retention for first floor extension over existing ground floor converted garage to side of existing house. 2) Permission for alterations to existing hipped roof to side to extend ridge and to create a gable roof to accomodate attic stairs to allow conversion of attic into non habitable storage with dormer to rear, roof windows to front with associated ancillary works.

The development consists of the demolition of 80 Sliabh Rua Drive and the construction of five two storey two-bedroom dwellings and one two storey three-bedroom dwelling, and associated works.

The demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear and existing single storey garage/shed to side to allow for the construction of a single storey extension to the rear, two storey extension to the side with existing roof carried over, canopy to front elevation over existing front door entrance, Solar PV array to rear roof plane and two roof lights in front elevation roof plane.

Demolition of existing flat roof structure (to the West) and the construction of single-storey extensions to the side (West) and to the rear (South/East) along the boundary wall with a dual pitch roof-light to the rear extension and any associated site works.
