For modification to previously granted application- D25A/0363/WEB. The modification is the extension of new study room at first floor level in line with ground floor structure below and associated works.

Planning Permission to a). construct a first floor extension to side of property, b). alter and refurbish existing dwelling, c). develop landscaping, incorporate SUDS and all associated site works

Permission is sought for the construction of a side extension (6.5 sq.m) at first floor level and conversion of existing garage at ground floor level (13 sq.m) to bedroom, toilet, storage and associated site works.

Planning permission for attic conversion to consist of removing the existing roof and replacing with a higher pitched roof, current roof does not have adequate height for an attic conversion. A ground floor kitchen extension to the rear and side, a 1st floor extension to the side (including extending the new roof profile). Internal alterations include a utility, 3 additional bedrooms, an ensuite and all associated drainage.

Planning permission for attic conversion to consist of removing the existing roof and replacing with a higher pitched roof, current roof does not have adequate height for an attic conversion. Internal alterations include removal of existing chimney to make way for new stairs to attic. An additional bedroom and ensuite will be added to the attic and all associated drainage.
