The development will consist of converting the hip roof to a gable roof to facilitate the construction of a new flat-roofed dormer with glazing to the rear and all associated modifications and necessary works to facilitate the development. Retention permission is sought for the 4.37m widened vehicle access and parking and for the new timber boundary fencing.

The development will consist of the conversion of an existing hipped, end of terrace roof, to a gable roof to facilitate an attic conversion with a new window to the gable end wall, a new dormer window structure to rear roof pitch and new velux type roof light to the front roof pitch. The works will also include the application of an external rendered insulation to the front, side and rear of the property and new external windows and doors throughout.
