Permission is sought for construction of a single storey extension to front, side and rear of existing house, 4 no. roof lights, new entrance, alterations to elevations and internal layout, storage with opaque roof covering to the rear, demolition of orangery and all associated site development works.

Planning permission is sought for development for the refurbishment and extension of the existing two-storey house.
