A development comprising construction of single storey proprietary Garden Office structure in the rear garden and all associated site works.

Internal and external alterations comprising (a) relocation of kitchen from lower ground floor level to entrance level with associated alterations to building services, (b) formation of new ope between front and rear reception rooms at entrance level to create combined kitchen / dining room, (c) replacement central sash to wyatt window to rear with french doors to create access to new wrought iron balcony with opaque glass screen to east and with spiral stairs to garden level, (d) reinstatement of original jib door between living room and rear kitchenette at entrance level, (e) removal of central masonry pier and 2 no. sash windows to bay to rear at lower ground floor level and installation of french doors to create access to patio, (f) replacement of non-original external doors to entrance and garden levels to rear with traditional hardwood joinery and (g) all associated site works.

Permission for construction of new single storey bicycle/bin store in the front

The development will consist of part demolition of the roof and the creation of new openings in the external walls, the construction of a veranda to the front facade, alterations to the facades including new window openings, the addition of dormer windows, alterations to the existing rear and side extension, changes to the interior layout and the widening of the front entrance gate.
