Planning precedent report

The works will include the demolition of the existing rear extension and the construction of a new part single & part two storey rear extension & a new single storey bay to front of existing dwelling as well as reconfiguring the internal layout, addition of two rooflights in the front elevation, addition of new rear dormer, widening of the vehicular entrance and all associated works.

Planning permission to extend to the front of property over existing single storey element and also to extend to the rear with a single storey extension.

The development consists of alterations to previously approved planning permission (Ref: D24B/0148) to include: 1) Alterations to timber frame dormer extension with attic space converted to bedroom & en-suite, 2) Alterations to rear and side elevations and all associated site works.

Permission is for raising the existing entrance piers and all associated site works.

Permission for development of: 1) Single storey extension to the front and side with new flat roof to the front, 2) First floor extension to the side with existing hipped roof extended, 3) New rooflight to the front of dwelling, 4) Dormer extension to the rear of dwelling, 5) Raising of existing entrance piers, 6) New steel shed for bike storage in front garden and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for alterations to previously granted permission (Pl. Ref.
