Planning precedent report

The proposed works will include construction of a new two storey side extension, alteration & extension of the existing rear single storey dining area, alteration to fenestration, addition of rooflight over front entrance, alterations to internal layout, addition of fencing to boundaries, widening of existing vehicular entrance and all associated site works.

Planning permission for (1) create a single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the existing dwelling (2) renovation of the existing dwelling including elevational changes (3) all associated site works.

Permission for alterations and additions to an existing

1) A new 35 sq.m single storey stand-alone garden room located in the south east corner of the rear garden; 2) A new attic window to the north west front facing facade of the main house and with all associated works.

A) The conversion of the attic space and the construction of two dormers with associated rooflights. B) The construction of a single-storey rear extention to the existing dwelling with an associated rooflight, to infill the space created by a previous extension. C) Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment works. together with all associated site development, drainage, landscaping and ancilliary works. D) The widening of the existing vehicular access.

Retention Permission and full planning permission for alterations and extension to an existing 166 sqm 2-storey detached dwelling. The proposed development will comprise of the following. (A) Retention permission for an existing increased entrance area circa 4sq.m. at ground floor level. (B) Full planning permission for the construction of a new first floor front/ gable-end extension over existing single storey structures on site measuring circa 31 sq.m. which will include alterations to existing windows and internal layout including all associated site works.
