Full planning permission for the following to the existing two storey fully serviced semi-detached house with ‘A’ pitched roof with part single storey extension to rear. Full planning permission is sought for a new single storey pitched roof design extension to the rear with roof lights over and external canopy on new rear elevation, changes to fenestration on elevations to accommodate the new design. Changes to the front elevation with a projected window seat. Changes internally on both floors to the existing house to allow the new design. Maintain connection to public sewerage and surface water and all ancillary site works.
