Planning precedent report

The construction of a part one-storey and part two-storey rear extension with skylight, a first-floor side extentsion above the existing garage conversion, minor alterations to the existing fron and side fenestration at first-floor level, the construction of a ground-floor front extension incorporating a bay window and open proch, garden roon at the back of the house, internal alterations at both ground and first floor levels to accomodate the proposed internal layout and all ancilliary site works.

Construction of a rear ground floor extension and a side extension at first-floor level, skylight over the side flat roof, roof-light windows on the existing south-west facing pitched roof, minor alteration to the to the existing front fenestration and the existing side fenestration at first-floor level, internal alteration at ground floor and first floor level to allow proposed internal layout and all ancillary site works.

Three new velux roof windows to the side roof area.

Widening of the vehicular entrance to 3.5 metres and assocaited site works.

Garage conversion to habitable room, 1st floor extension over garage, single storey extension to rear, ground & 1st floor extension to front, an attic conversion with dormer windows & rooflight to front & rear along with alterations to front elevation & all associated works.

Permission for the demolition of an existing garage and chimney to the side of the dwelling house and the construction of a single storey side extension as well as a canopy structure to the front of the dwelling. The permisson sought also includes two feature windows to the front and rear of the dwelling and new glazed doors to the rear of the property.
