Planning precedent report

The development will consist of; A) The removal of 2no. existing chimneys to side of existing dwelling; B) The conversion of the existing attic to habitable space with 2 no. flat roof dormers each side (north & south) and extension of pitched roof to the rear; C) A new entrance porch, bay and amendments to the front of existing dwelling; D) Alterations to the fenestration to the front and sides of existing dwelling and all associated site works.

Permission for (1) demolition of existing garage and associated single storey structure to the side of the existing house, (2) provision of new two storey extension to the side of the existing property, (3) provision of new single storey extension to the rear of the existing property, (4) new render finish to existing house throughout, internal modifications and all associated landscaping and site works.
