Development will consist of a new first floor extension to the rear of the existing house. A new gable wall to the side of the existing house with a new window at attic level. A new flat roof dormer to the rear of the existing house roof. 2 No. new Velux's to the front of the existing house roof. The existing chimney to be removed and all ancilliary works.

Planning permission to construct a new front porch with sliding doors & new internal toilet/shower room in existing entrance hall with new window to front with existing tiled roof over: internal alterations & associated site works.

Amendment to planning permission D25A/0588/WEB – widening of the permitted 2.5m front dormer to 3m.

Conversion of existing attic to non habitable room, with raised gable to the side, dormer and rooflight to the front, dormer and roof light to the rear, and a new frosted gable window. Widening of the front vehicular entrance and replacement of the front boundary wall with a new hedge/bush.

Permission for the demolition of existing single storey extension to the side and rear, including sun room and covered storage area, the construction of a new single storey flat roofed extension to the rear and 2 storey pitched roof extension to side including internal alterations, new rooflights to rear, together with all associated site works, services and landscaping.
