Removal of all roof lights from the main roof. 6.) Demolition of the ground and first floor partially complete structure to the rear and replacement with a new ground and first floor rear extension with roof light. 7.) Renovation of the interior and exterior of the original house. 8.) General site works including landscaping and associated site works.
