Permission is sought for the construction of ground floor single storey extensions to front, side and rear with flat and pitched roofs (combined proposed area approx. 33sqm) and the construction of a first floor extension to side (floor area approx. 31sqm) with hipped roof. The development will also include removing two chimneys, externally insulating the retained house (render and brick slip finish), alterations to internal layouts, additional window opes and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights (to extensions) and all associated site works

Permission is sought for the construction of a two-storey extension to the side, a single storey extension to the rear, the conversion of the existing attic space with a pitched dormer roof and associated site works.

Permission for development. The proposed development comprises the replacement of existing tennis court light fittings and metal halide lamps with new fittings and new Light Emitting Diode (LRD) lamps at Newtown Park Tennis Club, with no change to the number or height of existing lighting poles.
