Permission for a three storey extension to an existing four storey school

Construction of a two storey extension to the side and an additional rooflight to the side of the existing two storey house and all associated works.

Development consisting of a single storey side extension comprising of a new side entrance, boot room, shower and sauna including all site services, drainage and associated landscaping works.

Permission is being sought for alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey detached dwelling. The proposed works will comprise the demolition of an existing single storey sunroom extension to the rear, and the construction of a new single storey dining room and single storey living room extension to the rear in lieu, the demolition of existing single storey shed structures to the southern gable-end, and the construction of a new bike store in lieu of same, together with the construction of a new single storey utility room and living room extension to the northern gable-end, and the provision of new Velux rooflights to the existing roof. The proposed works will also comprise the widening of the existing vehicular entrance gate to the front boundary, and all ancillary site works, together with connections to existing services.

Alterations to existing entrance canopy roof to form new front porch extension; removal of chimney to north elevation roof; removal of existing rear kitchen extension; construction of new single storey rear extensions with pitched and flat roofs, first floor extension to north elevation to side and rear of main roof with new velux rooflights, internal alterations and all associated site works.
