The development will consist of retention permission on previously granted planning Ref. No. F23A/0662. The retention consists of alteration to first-floor windows to House No. 4 (Type B1). The works includes the closure of 2 no. windows on the north elevation and the opening of a new window on the east elevation.

The demolition of an existing rear conservatory and the construction of a single storey rear and side extension, (c.77m2 GFS), with covered outdoor area and all associated site works.
