Permission for modifications to previously permitted (Reg. Ref. F16A/0067) two-storey, 4-bed detached dwelling, a single storey detached garage, new vehicular access onto R124, wastewater treatment system, boundary treatments and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development. The modifications include alterations to external facades, window openings, front porch, internal layouts, new external decking with roof to rear and new rooflights.

The proposed development is for a redesigned 4 bed detached two storey dwelling with single storey rear kitchen return to previously approved Planning Permission Ref F21A/0053 including new detached garage, new vehicular access onto the R124, waste water treatment system, boundary treatment to R124 and associated site works.

Retain the existing 28m high lattice telecommunications support structure carrying antennas and dishes, together with associated ground based equipment and security fencing.
