Dublin. The proposed amendments pertain to the boundaries of Kinsaley House (RPS No.464), the omission of the permitted extension to the rear of Kinsaley House, and the omission of the conversion of the existing stone barn to residential use which will now be retained as ancillary storage to serve the main house (Kinsaley House (RPS No. 464)).

Permission for the Construction of 3 two storey 3 bedroom mews houses with off street parking and private gardens. Extension of existing vehicular road from Newpark Grove and creation of opening within existing metal railings to create vehicular access. Including all associated landscaping, drainage and site development works. The site is within the curtilage of Kinsaley House, Chapel Road, Malahide Co.Dublin. A Protected Structure.

Development on a site of 1,184 sq.m at Kinsaley House, (a Protected Structure - RPS No. 464). The proposed development will consist of the replacement of a permitted two storey creche (unconstructed) which was approved in Fingal County Council Ref. F16A/0464; An Bord Pleanála Ref. PL06F.248515 with 3 no. residential units, including 1 no. 1 bedroom dormer dwelling (c. 50.86 sq.m) and 2 no. 3 bedroom dormer dwellings (c. 116/70 sq.m each). The development also includes ancillary landscaping and all associated site development works. For clarity, no works are proposed to Kinsaley House, a Protected structure (RPS No. 464), under this planning application.

Planning permission for attic conversion with dormer to rear to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as habitable bedroom with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works.
