Retention permission is sought for raised ridge height and new first floor window to rear extension, for two rear additional bedrooms and three additional bathrooms to attic of house of house and rear extension, and two additional velux rooflights to front.

Planning Permission is sought for alterations/extensions to the existing two storey detached house comprising construction of a new two-storey, flat roof, extension to the rear of the house with 4no. rooflights and a first floor bedroom balcony, reconfiguration of the existing internal layout, modifications to the existing rear fenestration including a new balcony to Bedroom 1 and associated site development including new front boundary wall and electronic sliding gate to the existing vehicular entrance.

The development will consist of alterations to previously approved planning reference F22A/0389 consisting of (1) modifications to the fenestration of the front, side, and rear elevations of the dwelling, (2) the increase in the roof profile from a storey and a half to a two storey roof structure (3) modifications to the site layout to form a revised shared entrance (4) the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system with percolation area and all associated ancillary site work in compliance with previously approved planning reference F22A/0389.
