Alterations and extensions to existing two storey house comprising:

The development will consist of the following; the demolition of an existing garage structure which includes a utility room to the side of the existing property at ground floor level, the demolition of an existing conservatory structure to the rear of the existing property at ground floor level, the partial demolition of the rear wall to the existing house at ground and first floor level, the construction of a 2 storey extension to the side of the existing property, the construction of a part 1 storey and part 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing property, the addition of an attic storeroom to the existing attic space and the addition of a velux rooflight to the rear pitch of the existing roof. As part of the proposed works the existing vehicular access to the front of the house, off Saint Margaret’s Road will be widened. Internal alterations and demolitions are also proposed to the existing house in conjunction with any associated site works.

The development consists of a) part two, part one storey extension to side front and rear of existing two storey detached house, b) demolition of existing single storey side garage, c) amendments to existing elevations and new hipped roof, d) widening of the existing entrance gateway and all associated site works.

For the alteration and extension of the existing two storey semi-detached house at 50 St Margaret's Road, Malahide, comprising demolition of the existing single storey utility to the side, demolition of the existing chimney to the side, and construction of a new two storey extension to the side including extension of the existing hipped roof with an attic conversion with 5 no. velux rooflights, a new single storey extension to the rear, alteration of the existing front elevation fenestration & porch, with modifications to the existing internal layout and associated site development.
