Planning Permission is sought to construct two new, 8.1m tall, monopitched extensions to the northeast (467.5m2) and southwest (321.2m2) sides of the existing building located at Unit 67, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Grange Close, Baldoyle, Dublin 13.

Permission to erect a new 5.2m x 1.85m x 2.8m stainless steel and glass bus shelter with 1 No. double sided internally illuminated advertising panel of 2 sq.m area per side (4 Sq.m total) located on the public foothpath at Bus Stop No. 4800 Grange Road, R809, outside Fingal Badminton Academy, Baldoyle, Dublin 13.

(i) Retention Planning Permission is sought by The Arabian Gymnastics Club for the following: Single storey extension of 232 sq.m. to approved gymnastics club, which will involve the change of use of part of an existing industrial building (unit 5C) to provide same (Reg.Ref. F14A/0272), and (ii) Planning permission sought for a single storey extension of 258 sq.m. to the gymnastics club, which will involve the change of use of an existing industrial building (unit 5A), and all site development works associated with the development.
