The development will consist of detached 2 storey in-fill dwelling adjacent to house no. 31 to include modifications to existing entrance and driveway and all services connected to existing mains. AI received 02/05/2023.

The development will consist of; (i) removal of existing shed to rear, (ii) New single storey extension to front with pitched roof, roof to extend over existing single storey element; (iii) New single storey extension to rear with flat roof and roof lights; (iv) Roof lights to main roof; (v) Minor alterations to all elevations & all associated works to facilitate the development.
