Planning permission for the construction of a part single/part 2 storey domestic extension and associated site works.

The retention works consist of the following: (a) Alteration to previously approved rear first floor extension Reg. Ref.: F23B/0063 including the change in roof profile from pitched roof to flat roof. (b) The alterations to fenestration to the rear first floor extension including the omission of 1 no. bathroom window to the side and 1 no. rooflight. (c) The development includes for all other associated site works.

The development will consist of the following: (a) retention permission for the widening of the existing vehicular entrance, (b) permission for a first-floor rear extension over an existing ground floor extension consisting of a bedroom and en-suite which includes 2 no. roof lights on a pitched roof and (c) associated demolitions, landscaping, drainage, and associated site works.

The retention works consist of the following: (a) Alteration to previously approved rear two-storey extension reg ref: F23B/0063 including the change in roof profile from pitched roof to flat roof. (b) The alterations to fenestration to the rear two-storey extension including the omission of 1no. bathroom window to the side and 1no. rooflight. (c) The development includes for all other associated site works.

The development will consist of amendments to the previously approved planning application F22A/0675. The amendments will consist of the following (a) revised design of the first-floor rear extension (b) a total of 3no. roof lights on a pitched roof and (c) internal reconfigurations and associated site works. The amendments are keeping with the interest of residential amenity and local precedence in the area.
