Planning permission is sought to construct a new one and a half storey

The construction of an extension (c.2469 m2 GFA. Height 13.6m) to an existing warehouse (c.3,750 m2 GFA), SUDS drainage including formation of a detention pond and all other drainage, landscaping, and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development on a total site area of c. 4.4 hectares. The proposed extension will consist of marshalling space, a chiller section, a cold store and an ambient area. There is also a new plant room and connection to internal access road from the existing yard to service the extension with a ramp down to new loading docks which includes an acoustic screen. Roof level Photovoltaic panels. Additional car parking spaces; provision of Electric Vehicle parking spaces; bicycle, motorcycle and scooter parking and shelter; relocation of security hut next to entrance. The proposal also includes the relocation of the main entrance to the property and boundary setback along the site access and all associated site development works.
