Retention Permission is sought for an existing dormer dwelling, shed, on site foul treatment system and percolation area, patio landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works as built. The dwelling involved restoration of a former derelict dwelling on the site with part of that derelict dwelling used in the construction of the exisiting dwelling and the size of the original dwelling increased.
