The development consists of demolition of the existing single storey glazed conservatory & single storey extension to the rear, construction of a new single storey mono pitched roof extension to the rear, alterations to roofs of existing dormer and a bay window to the front, addition of three flush roof lights located to the side of the property removal of front porch plus replacement with a canopy roof, window replacement, internal remodelling works, application of external insulation to all facades except front gable which will be insulated internally, widening of front entrance, provision of turning area, landscaping works, drainage and all associated site development works.
